Bella Hudson, LMHC, ATR-BC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Board-Certified Art Therapist

Welcome to Flow State Art Therapy & Counseling, LLC. I am truly so glad you are here. Seeking support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

I help high-achieving women in healthcare stop abandoning themselves while caring for everyone else. Together, we untangle the anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic self-sacrifice that have left you burned out, disconnected from yourself, and questioning the career you once loved.

Whether you're used to caring for patients, supporting loved ones, or always being the one others depend on, therapy offers a space where you don't have to hold everything together.

My relational approach blends traditional talk therapy with art therapy to create a personalized space for reflection, healing, and growth. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we'll explore the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck, Together, we'll help you break free from survival mode and reconnect with your values, strengthen your sense of self, and build a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

Areas of Expertise

Mental Health Counseling & Art Therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. My integrative approach allows me to thoughtfully combine evidence-based practices with creative interventions, tailoring each session to your individual experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether we use traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both, our work together is guided by collaboration, compassion, and a commitment to finding what best supports your healing.
What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a mental health & human services profession that requires a master's degree for entry level positions. Art therapy combines psychological theory, psychotherapy and active artmaking processes to address therapeutic goals & promote lasting change. The art acts as the vehicle through which therapeutic change occurs.

What Clients Are Saying...

"Bella is an incredible therapist - I highly recommend her! She’s great at listening and circling back to prior things you’ve mentioned, and is so helpful with working through things you’re struggling with. Her vibe is immaculate and she’s always so kind and welcoming. These sessions never turn into a “we’re just venting together and not making progress” situation - she’s great at letting you express frustration but then will reframe it so you can start to fully process what’s going on."
